It seeks to revitalise the existing street character facade that draws upon the historical identity of the area by referencing the materiality of the surrounds in an innovative and creative way.
The building features bicycle parking, shower facilities, two visitor car parks and a cafe.
The building is currently under construction with completion anticipated for mid 2017.
