Inspired by the historic warehouses in the Richmond area, CREMORNE STUDIOS engages a simple industrial material palette contrasted by brick - a build precedent in the local area.
Exterior walls are off-form textured concrete and all steel work is natural galvanised.
The large-scale windows are framed with natural anodized aluminium profiles.
The resulting aesthetic is strong, clean and simple in sympathetic balance to the history of the neighbourhood.
